3.5 Tennis drills | Spring Session $35++ per player Wednesdays 9:00am - 10:30am Drills should aim to enhance shot accuracy, consistency, and strategic shot selection. Emphasis is placed on directional control and varying shot types, such as topspin, slice, and drop shots, to add variety and unpredictability to play. Footwork and movement drills become more advanced, focusing on efficient court coverage and quick transitions between offensive and defensive positions. Serving and returning under pressure are key aspects, helping players improve their ability to control points from the start. Drills should also focus on point construction, encouraging players to build rallies and finish points with a purpose.
